Old Warden Circular Walk

Introduction
Explore the countryside around the pretty villages of Old Warden, Northill and Ickwell Green. Stunning landscape views and walks through the woodlands and villages offer an insight into the history of the area.


There is parking at Old Warden Village Hall car park - please park considerately. There is alternative parking at St Leonard's Church or in Northill or Ickwell.
 

Start/Finish Point
Old Warden church is the suggested starting point. However, you can begin at any other point and walk in either direction.
 

General Information
Length: 7¾ miles (12.5km)   Time: 4 hours

Surface Types: You will walk across surface types ranging from hard and firm with no stones greater than 5mm in size, to grass or uncultivated earth paths with and without ruts.
